The association has realised a good number of projects since creation. Amongst the projects we have, a Library in Fonfuka that served the student community before its transfer to the council due to financial constraints in running it, scholarships to secondary school students and support to the mother association, Bum Development Union (BDU). The association envisages a good number of projects. Amongst them we have,
- Institution of a Scholarship Scheme. This scheme will enable outstanding Bum children in all works of life to study on full or partial scholarship then come back and serve the community for at least two years.
- The Creation of Vocational Training Centres in the major towns in Bum Subdivisions and in towns out of Bum where we have a heavy presence of Bum indigenes.
- Rehabilitation of the library.
